Kelvin boasts an extensive track record in the negotiation and formulation of a diverse spectrum of commercial agreements and transactions.
In the arena of litigation, Kelvin is a stalwart advocate for clients entangled in commercial disputes, matters pertaining to building and construction law, and contractual intricacies. In disputes concerning construction and engineering, he diligently represents clients in adjudications and arbitrations, lending his legal prowess to secure their interests.
